Let’s do a deep dive on our mouthful of sunshine… White Peach Balsamic Vinegar. A perennial favorite with customers, this bright and lively vinegar brings the taste of summer to any dish on the table.
Here is how we like to use it:
In the store, during the summer, we like to cut up fruit and drizzle with the Peach balsamic to show customers how easy it is to use. Personal favorites include watermelon, pineapple or berries. There is a new recipe for a Peachy Fruit Salad that uses the Peach balsamic (honestly though, you can use any of your favorite flavors on the fruit salad, but the Peach just makes it sing).
Add a splash or two to seltzer water to give it a delicious flavor. If you drink white wine, add a drop to your glass to bring the taste of summer to your beverage!
Cut up fresh strawberries and drizzle some Peach over them. Let sit for a few minutes then spoon over vanilla ice cream. It is taste delight!
Combine with the Blood Orange Olive Oil and make a delicious salad dressing.
Combine with the Chipotle Olive Oil for a peachy salsa flavored dressing or marinade. Think grilled chicken or pork chops, topped with peach / chipotle flavored tomatoes! Yum!
Marinate chopped tomatoes in the Peach balsamic before topping your bruschetta. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you.
Experiment with making a shrub (see recipe / blog post). Combine 2 cups of Peach Balsamic with some fresh pineapple and strawberries. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for a few days then dilute into some seltzer or your choice of adult beverage!
