Red Snapper
Dill Sauce
  • 1/3cup mayonnaise
  • 1clove Garlicminced
  • 1/2teaspoon MTOO Fresh Catch Spice Blend
  • 1/2teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2teaspoon Green Onionminced, optional
  1. Squeeze lemon over each piece of fish and sprinkle the Fresh Catch.
  2. Seal in foil and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. For the sauce, combine the sauce ingredients and serve with fish.
