Summer Peach Marinade
  • 1cup Peach, fresh or cannedmashed
  • 1/4cup MTOO White Peach Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1tsp. Honey
  • 1/2tsp. Salt
  • 1/8tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2tsp. Garliccrushed
  • 1tbsp. Thyme
  • 1/4cup MTOO Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive OIl
  1. Combine peach balsamic, mustard, honey, salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add olive oil and mix.
  3. Allow to marinate for at least 2 hours. Just before you are ready to marinate pork, stir in peaches.
  4. Grill!
