This rare Spanish variety, “Cornicabra” was Estate produced in the Old Monastery of El Bercial de San Rafeal in Toledo, Spain. The initial mill was built during the 19th century and the first olive trees were planted. Floral and pungent with confectionary notes, this outstanding olive oil also displays herbal qualities.
