This fused, early harvest, Tunisian green lemon olive oil was made by crushing very green olives with young green Eureka Lemons in November! The result is an incredibly complex, pungent fusion. Super concentrated, it is the only example of its kind in the world! Pairs beautifully with Peach or Blueberry balsamic for salad dressings. Fantastic on seafood, chicken, veggies or baked goods.
